    We provide the following services: weekly cleaning of the apartment with changes of bed linen and hand towels, final cleaning after departure, wireless Internet and cable TV with international channels – all included in the rental price. All ancillary costs are included as well. The washing machine is provided in each apartment. The apartment is equipped with a modern key-less access system. Tenants will receive the code to the apartment before arrival via SMS or E-mail. The property is situated in the heart of the vibrant 5th district, just below the bridge Hardbrücke, which connects Zurich West and Aussersihl districts. The up-and-coming industrial district near the Escher-Wyss-Square is home to many office buildings, restaurants, hip small shops and cafes as well as to concert halls, cinemas, green areas and obviously to the river Limmat, that lies right on the doorstep. The lively Langstrasse is within walking distance. Please note that all apartments are equipped with a TV with international channels (TV taxes are not included in the rent).
