Anja Graf

Group CEO & Chairwoman

Anja Graf is the founder, owner, and CEO of VISIONAPARTMENTS. Born in Winterthur, Switzerland, in 1977, Graf began building her company at the age of 21. After receiving her schooling in Winterthur and Zurich, Graf gained valuable experience in the modeling business, including as the head of her own modeling agency. It was her work in this industry – arranging simple rooms for models working temporarily in Zurich, for example – that also inspired her idea to start a business in furnished apartments. VISIONAPARTMENTS was launched early on in 1999 with the opening of the first three design apartments in the heart of Zurich. Since then, led by Anja Graf, company has evolved independently and been successfully expanding beyond Switzerland's borders since 2009.


Paweł Gawor

Management Consultant - International Project Management

A graduate of Warsaw University Law School, Paweł Gawor brings 7 years of professional experience in multinational corporations like Unilever, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Lear Corporation, where he was responsible for a number of areas, including supply chain management, supplier performance as well as consulting services. Pawel has worked with different cultures and across borders. He has been consulting for VISIONAPARTMENTS since February 2015 and supports the global project department. His main role, among others, is to build up a new innovative start-up platform, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with international serviced apartment partner companies. Pawel is also responsible for the logistics and purchasing department, as well as inventory, warehousing and on-time delivery to VISIONAPARTMENTS and partner destinations.


Alain Gozzer

Group Head of Marketing & Communications

The Swiss-certified hotelier graduate (HF/SHL) is a communications specialist and brings with him 10 years of management experience in this field. He has worked at several of the most renowned hotels in Switzerland, began his media work at the Grasshopper Club Zürich and was then responsible for corporate communications at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Andermatt Swiss Alps. Alain Gozzer also has agency experience and graduated with a Master's in Communications Management from the University of Lucerne in 2010. Since November 2012, he has been working for the VISIONAPARTMENTS and is in charge of developing and managing its Communications and Marketing Department.


José-Luis Hummel

Group Head of Sales

José-Luis Hummel is a Swiss-certified hotelier graduate (HF/Belvoirpark) with remarkable foreign-language and social skills, as well as over 10 years of experience in hospitality management and sales in various industries. During his past employment as a sales manager for the renowned hotel group UTO KULM Uetliberg Zurich, he developed an outstanding finesse for management and customer care. Since taking on the position of Group Sales & Key Account Manager in September 2013, José-Luis has been responsible for VISIONAPARTMENTS’ group-wide sales strategies and customer relationships.


André Raeber

Group Head of Operations & Development

In André Raeber, another experienced executive joined the VISIONAPARTMENTS management board in February 2016. A citizen of both Switzerland and South Africa, Raeber will be placing his extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry at the company's disposal. Prior to his most recent position as Chief Real Estate Officer and Member of the Board at Hapimag AG, Raeber oversaw the development of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts for a number of years as Vice President Facility Management. He also amassed a great deal of valuable experience at a range of architecture and construction companies in Switzerland, South Africa, and Australia. As Group Head of Operations & Development, Raeber will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational business at VISIONAPARTMENTS and developing and carrying out the company's real estate projects.


Marcel Stoop

Group Head of Finance / CFO

Marcel Stoop is a certified accountant who completed his basic commercial training and academic studies of business in Zurich. After gaining his first professional experience at UBS, he went on to hold positions as an accountant and a trustee. Stoop began working as a CFO in 2005, first at BT&T (a small international investment trust) and then at the Swiss real estate company ACRON. Since September 2014, he has been serving as Group Head of Finance / CFO at VISIONAPARTMENTS, where he oversees the accounting department and manages the financing of the company’s properties.

Jean-Marc Aiello

Group Business Development Manager

Jean-Marc Aiello has more than 24 years of professional experience as a head of banking and finance, a deputy branch manager at a Swiss bank, the CEO and business/project manager of a multi-family office, and a head of project management. He joined VISIONAPARTMENTS in 2014 and is now working closely with the executive management team on the company’s strategic international expansion and business development. Jean-Marc is also jointly responsible for new international real estate projects, banking, and investor relations.


Joanna Dymowlok

Group Process Manager

Joanna gained her first work experience in administration and public relations at several PR agencies during her German and European studies at the University of Warsaw. After a one-year scholarship at the University of Tübingen (Germany), she joined VISIONAPARTMENTS as one of the first employees at the company’s newly established Vision Warsaw Support Center. Since then, she has acquired broad experience in various positions within the company – from Customer Service Specialist to Trainer, Process Manager, and Support Center Manager, and finally to Group Process Manager. Currently, Joanna is responsible for leading diverse projects designed to improve the performance of the constantly growing company.


Joanna Wygladala

Head of Finance and Controlling

Joanna Wygladala has a comprehensive educational background in financing, accounting, and tax. In addition to holding a master’s degree in finance and business from the Warsaw School of Economics, she has built up a wealth of business experience in working for international corporations for more than 15 years. Before joining VISIONAPARTMENTS in July 2010, she worked as head of finance and administration at Metro Group Poland. Joanna is now in charge of structuring and managing the areas of financial support and controlling. She has built up the company’s finance department in Warsaw, where she is responsible for financial operations, cash flow planning, and the settlement of costs among VISIONAPARTMENTS’ various subsidiaries. As a proxy, Joanna also supervises the company’s support center in Warsaw.
