These 3 bedroom apartments are the best possible choice for families. Thanks to large windows they are well-lit and provide a fantastic view of either the Jumeirah Beach with its unique skyscraper skyline or the exclusive Dubai Marina. The place for relaxation comprises open and bright living and dining area with a flat screen TV and a comfortable couch. The fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine is provided with necessary kitchen utensils: from crockery to pans and cutlery. Two out of three separate bedrooms are equipped with a King size double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and flat screen TV. Two separate, beige-designed bathrooms include a shower, bathrobe, slippers and a scale. The apartment offers also an additional room with a single bed (e.g. for a babysitter or a guest).
The building boasts a top location in vibrant Dubai Marina, the city’s exclusive yacht port. Within only 10 minutes the Jumeirah Beach, the Dubai Marina Mall and Dubai Media City can be reached. Admire the fantastic port while strolling along the world famous Dubai Marina Walk, an impressive waterside promenade. Numerous attractions await also those who prefer being active: the most popular Aquapark in the Middle East, Aquaventure Waterpark, Wild Wadi Aquapark, family friendly Dolphin Bay or Gravity Zone will give the visitors an extra adrenaline kick. 30 minutes are sufficient to reach the main arterial roads as well as the international airport Al Maktoum.
The rent includes all operating costs as well as a number of additional services: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, DVD Player, cleaning service three times a week including change of bed linen and towels.
