This newly renovated and refurbished Victorian residence is situated in the heart of Ballsbridge, one of the most affluent and prestigious areas in Dublin. The neighborhood is home to many embassies and offers easy access to Dublin’s city center. Just a short distance separates the residence from the multi-purpose sports stadium RDS Arena and the Aviva Stadium. Not far away lies the Grand Canal Dock area, one of the main business districts and a headquarter of numerous large companies. The building has excellent transport connections – apart from several buses, the area is serviced by the suburban railway network DART. The Dublin airport is a 20 min drive away.
