Direct neighborhood boasts numerous shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants and bars. The building with elevator is located between two metro stations, Bessières and Ours, and is therefore perfectly connected with the public transport. The central station of Lausanne can be reached in 5 minutes, the picturesque lake in about 15 minutes and the trip to Geneva International Airport takes about an hour. The property does not have its own car park, however, a public parking garage is located in the immediate vicinity.
The rental price includes all ancillary costs, as well as a broad array of additional services: wireless Internet, satellite TV with international channels, weekly cleaning of the apartment with changes of bed linen and hand towels and regular refill of soap. The final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. The laundry rooms provide the tenants with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. For an extra charge and depending on the availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry or extra cleaning can be offered.
