Thanks to the neutral color choice, the bedroom with king size double bed seems harmonious and calming. Further the flat features a fully appointed bathroom with shower and a practical kitchenette with all amenities like kitchenware, hob unit, and microwave. Warmer days and evenings can be enjoyed on the spacious and furnished balcony.
In a prime urban location within walking distance from the business district as well as some spectacular sights and landmarks of Zug, three upscale apartment buildings are located. Within 5 minutes tenants can walk to the train station and the city center is quickly reachable on foot or by public transport. The Metalli shopping mall is also just a few steps away. The travel to Lucerne and Zurich takes approximately 35 minutes by IR train and 23 minutes by car. The transfer to the Zurich-Kloten airport lasts about 48 minutes by IR train (direct connection).
Weekly apartment cleaning, including the change of beddings and towels as well as WiFi, TV and telephone connection are included in the price. Moreover, an additional bed can be rented for CHF 100 per stay. Private parking spaces are available on request in the building for an extra charge of CHF 280 per month. Additionally, a range of hotel services is being offered on individual request. End-cleaning costs are not included in the rent and amount to CHF 400 for stays over 21 days. A common laundry room with washing and drying facilities is available in the building.
