Historic VISIONAPARTMENTS building due for facelift on Zurich's Militärstrasse
The apartment houses at Militärstrasse 22 and 24, where the cornerstone of VISIONAPARTMENTS' success was laid 15 years ago, will be temporarily closed by the end of January for comprehensive renovation and the addition of two floors as part of the company's 15-year anniversary campaign. The project will also include the connection between the two buildings, a below-ground fitness area, and a redesigned entrance area. These efforts are to be completed by the end of the year, at which point the facility will boast 62 stylish apartments instead of the previous 31.
"We're very pleased to be smartening up our very first apartment house as part of our anniversary celebrations. Thanks to the new buildings along and around Europa-Allee and the continued expansion of Zurich's main train station, our location at Militärstrasse has only become more attractive over the years," explains Anja Graf, CEO of VISIONAPARTMENTS. "These new investments demonstrate that we're not only striving to expand, but making sure to guarantee a high level of quality in our existing properties and services, as well."
As ever, VISIONAPARTMENTS is setting great store by architecture, design, and the use of first-rate materials in the project. Its architects are currently drawing inspiration from the Aegean Sea ("Aegean Mood") and South Africa ("Capetown Living") in creating new living concepts that will soon be realised on Militärstrasse. Further details and visual material will be released as they become available.
