Information about apartment bookings
The booking process starts after you click the "book" button on the page with the apartment search results or on the individual apartment's card. After you log in, you will be taken to the booking form. There you can choose whether you are an individual or company client, and fill in the form with reservation details. After you click the "next" button, you will see a landing page where you can choose additional services and write down your special wishes. Then, click the "next" button again to move to the payment page. Here you choose the payment method, accept terms and conditions and proceed to the payment.
After completing the process, you will see a "thank you" page with all the details about the apartment, the city and contact information of the Local Office. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as well.
To book an apartment, a client will be asked to provide their personal details or details of the company if they are a corporate client. Name, surname (or company name), address, telephone number and e-mail address are required to complete the booking process. On arrival, each guest must present their passport to us.
You need an account to book an apartment. You can find the “Create an account” option in the menu at the top of our website. To register you will have to provide an e-mail and password and accept the terms and conditions. Alternatively, you can register with your Facebook or Google + account. No e-mail confirmation is required, you can proceed directly to booking.

After booking an apartment via visionapartments.com you will receive a booking confirmation with all booking details via e-mail.
You can pay for the apartment online via our website visionapartments.com with your credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer. Payment is the last step of the online booking process. If you choose to pay cash or by credit card during arrival or via invoice you can visit our Local Offices for the payment.
In general, the prices we state include tax. However, Switzerland is an exception – prices stated for Swiss apartments do not include tax.
The deposit serves as a security in case the tenants damage the property or fail to pay rent. For long-term stays the deposit is 1 to 2 full monthly rents, which will be returned to guests max 3 weeks after check-out via bank transfer. For stays for less than 30 days, the deposit is a fixed rate.
The deposit will be returned to you 3 weeks after your departure. This is the typical time period for banks to process and return the money, as we have over 1,000 apartments and each guest’s deposit must be returned.
A termination of a booking is only possible in the following cases
- Up to 30 days before the beginning of the booking – the booking is cancelled without any additional costs.
- 14 to 29 days before the beginning of the booking - the tenant is obliged to pay an administration fee of 50% of the total rent within 3 days.
- 13 days before the beginning of the stay and less - the tenant is obliged to pay an administration fee of 80% of the total rent within 3 days.
For our partners’ apartments, we have to enquire about availability first, which is why the button “Enquire now” is displayed instead of “Book”.
Booking an apartment as a business client is as easy as an individual booking. After you log in with your e-mail and password, choose the company booking form, fill it with the details of your company as well as of the contact person. Then you can choose additional services and express your wishes just as in the case of individual bookings.
