New openings in Frankfurt am Main, Vevey, and Lausanne St. Sulpice starting in summer 2017
No fewer than three of the projects in our pipeline of new properties have already reached an advanced phase of construction. In fact, there's a good chance that we'll be able to start welcoming our guests to both Frankfurt am Main and Lausanne this summer. As things currently stand, our new location in Vevey (Switzerland) will then follow in the autumn; our projects in Vienna (2018) and Basel (2019) are also right on schedule.
VISIONAPARTMENTS set to arrive in Frankfurt's trendy Gutleutviertel quarter
This building project in downtown Frankfurt involves a former office building located between the city's main train station and the River Main. It offers excellent connections to a number of major motorways and to local and long-distance public transport. Frankfurt's international airport is just 15 minutes' drive away and its banking district is well within walking distance. By this summer, the seven-floor property will offer around 130 new VISIONAPARTMENTS. It will also feature a number of common areas, including a gym and wellness facilities as well as a restaurant.
Vevey's storied Hôtel de Famille poised for revival
VISIONAPARTMENTS is also in the process of renovating and expanding a historic property on the north side of Lake Geneva. The former Hôtel de Famille is located right in the heart of Vevey, just a few minutes' walk from nearby shops and the seashore. Upon its completion, it is to house 100 VISIONAPARTMENTS and a variety of attractive common areas, including an indoor pool.
VISIONAPARTMENTS building new facility within modern residential area of Lausanne-St. Sulpice
Another new property is in an advanced stage of development within "Les Jardins de la Venoge", a project located right next to Lausanne's university and Lake Geneva in the charming quarter of St. Sulpice. One of the project's four modern residential buildings is set for a full transformation into VISIONAPARTMENTS. By late summer, this new six-story property will boast around 60 accommodations, a fitness centre, and 18 parking spaces. This will double the presence in Lausanne, where other two existing locations have already been a cornerstone of the company's success in furnished apartments since 2008.
