VISIONAPARTMENTS COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Tenants and Clients,
We would like to inform you of the measures we’re taking in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. We are continuously reviewing our policies and procedures, in line with the recommendations provided by the governmental and health authorities. Our priority is to make sure our tenants and employees are safe and healthy.
Our cleaning staff has been instructed to pay special attention to potential infection sources in common areas (e.g. doorknobs and lift buttons) and clean them daily with disinfectant detergents.
To adhere to the social distancing recommendations, the regular, weekly cleaning procedures in the apartments have been suspended until further notice. The tenants will receive a supply of cleaning products and trash bags. Fresh bed linen and towels will be delivered to the apartments once a week. In the laundry rooms we set up trolleys in which the tenants can leave their used bed linen and towels. We also prepared designated garbage containers, located in common areas. Please dispose of your garbage there.
In case you require additional cleaning products or other supplies, please contact our Customer Service Center.
Furthermore, whenever possible, we are suspending appointments and other planned activities that require our staff or third-party persons entering the apartment. If it’s not an option, tenants will be informed in advance. Most of our employees were advised to work from home and instructed to keep the face-to-face contact with clients to a minimum.
