VISIONAPARTMENTS garners more prestigious awards at SO!APART 2015
After taking home the grand prize in 2013 and being nominated again last year for its property in Berlin, VISIONAPARTMENTS was once again among the big winners in the third edition of SO!APART – the premiere gathering of the serviced apartments industry in the German-speaking countries. This year, the company’s flagship house in Zurich picked up an award in the new jury category “international” and came in second for the audience prize “grand and great”. The prizes were presented as part of an official SO!APART awards ceremony held on Thursday, 19 November at Hotel Moa in Berlin.
With submissions from outside of Germany being accepted for the first time in 2015, VISIONAPARTMENTS opted to enter the running with its flagship house in Zurich. The modern property is located at Wolframplatz 1, a choice location near the Zürich-Giesshübel train station. Featuring five different stylish designs, its 206 units are sure to quicken the pulses of those look to rent accommodations in Switzerland’s biggest city. The seven-storey flagship house also offers a fitness and wellness area, an exclusive VIP lounge on its top floor, several laundry facilities, and an underground car park with 35 spaces.
