VISIONAPARTMENTS Vienna – A Story of Success
Vienna/Zürich, 13 May 2014 – After laying the necessary groundwork for the past three years, VISIONAPARTMENTS Vienna has staked out an excellent market position in Austria's capital city. Vienna is another city in which long-term accommodation resonate with clients – and one that promises even more potential in the future.
Following its foundation in May 2011, VISIONAPARTMENTS and its in-house architecture and design team began completely renovating and fully furnishing a total of 78 units in four different premium locations in Vienna.
Thanks to these efforts, the guests it has welcomed since opening its doors have enjoyed a new standard of fully furnished apartments. The services provided include cleaning, fresh towels, rubbish disposal, and more each week, as well as further cleaning upon departure. Internet access (WIFI & LAN), TV, and all ancillary costs are also included in VISIONAPARTMENTS' prices, which start at € 1,490 per month. Three of the company's four properties in Vienna also offer in-house fitness studios.
"The services we offer are filling a major niche in the modern market," reports Deborah Winter Bogdanovic, local office manager at VISIONAPARTMENTS Vienna. "We're basing our business on our many satisfied clients in Austria and all across Europe, who appreciate the privacy and comfort our apartments provide."
The company's continuously rising occupancy rate, which is already around 90%, underlines the popularity of its accommodation. Outstanding figures like this are also representative of a potential foundation for further growth in Vienna. "We're always more than happy to take a closer look at other attractive properties in prime locations," confirms Anja Graf, owner and CEO of VISIONAPARTMENTS. "We're usually interested in purchasing properties outright so that we can fully implement our sophisticated living concepts."
Throughout the company’s 15 years of experience in long-term accommodation, a wealth of expertise has been built up. Furthermore, the company is keenly aware of the needs of today's "urban nomads". VISIONAPARTMENTS remains open to further expansions within Europe, particularly in the German-speaking countries. "Now that we've brought VISIONAPARTMENTS to Berlin, Lausanne, Munich, Vienna, Warsaw, and Zurich – with Geneva soon to follow – we're keeping an eye out for intriguing projects," Graf adds. "That said, we're not about expanding just for the sake of it; the properties we consider have to meet our exact expectations in terms of quality, location, and conditions."
