Elegant through its simplicity, this generously sized 2 bedroom apartment is more than just temporary living solution – it’s a place that guests would want to return to and could call their home. Subtle furnishings, minimalist décor, and subdued colors create a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area invites guests to enjoy meals with friends and family while the fully-fitted kitchen encourages to indulge in home cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, stovetop, tableware and utensils. After an eventful day, guests can get their well-deserved sleep in one of the two separate bedrooms (double and single bed respectively). The master bedroom comes with a flat screen TV, closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second, guest bathroom with a shower. To crown it all, the apartment also has a large balcony.
The residence’s convenient location will surely be appreciated by all guests. Situated in a modern multi-storey building, just a few steps away from the newly-built shopping mall Paseo la Galeria and from El Sol mall, the property is a real treat for shopping enthusiasts. In both malls guests will also find cinemas, as well as a plethora of restaurants and eateries. What is more, the residence offers easy access to the city center and to attractions such as Botanical Garden or Asuncion Zoo. Additionally, the apartments have advantageous transport connections and offer easy access to the motorway. There are also several bus lines in the vicinity. Finally, the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport is less than a 20-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
