These three bedroom apartments are the best possible choice for families. Thanks to large windows they are well-lit and provide a view of either the fantastic city panorama or the waterside. The place for relaxation comprises open and bright living and dining area with a flat screen TV and a comfortable couch. The modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a microwave and baking oven, is provided with necessary kitchen utensils: from crockery to pans, cutlery and a coffee machine. Each of the three separate bedrooms is equipped with a King size double bed or two single beds as well as flat screen TV and offers direct access to the private bathroom with either a bathtub or a shower. All bathrooms are bright and modern, equipped with a hairdryer, as well as branded slippers and bathrobes. All apartments comprise also its own balcony. Apart from that, in each apartment there is a fixed-network telephone, an iron with an ironing board, as well as a safe.
The building is located in the Marsa Al-Khor area of Dubai Festival City. The 3.8 km long living, shopping and entertainment complex stretches along the Dubai Creek. Thanks to numerous boutiques, restaurants, hotels, public institutions, such as international schools, as well as a shopping center and its own golf course, Festival City could legitimately be considered “a city in itself”. Direct vicinity of the international Dubai airport (5 km) constitutes yet another advantage of this upscale location.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
