Each of the spacious 2-bedroom apartments, capable of sleeping up to 4 people, is further optically enlarged by the open plan lounge with a dining room. The accommodation stands out thanks to its modern furnishings, high-end finishes and high ceilings. The living room is fitted with a sofa and a flat screen TV. Guests are encouraged to enjoy home cooked meals in the fully appointed kitchen, equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, as well as all indispensable utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms boast comfortable double beds and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Finally, bathrooms feature a bath with a separate walk in shower.
Located in the exclusive, quiet area of West End, the residence is an excellent base for both business guests and leisure visitors alike. City’s signatory sights - the Edinburgh Castle and Old Town are within a short walking distance. Moreover, plenty of attractions await art lovers in the nearby Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. Hikers, on the other hand, will appreciate the walking path that starts just 250 away. A stone’s throw away extends Princess street, city’s principal shopping thoroughfare. To do the everyday grocery shopping guests can take advantage of the two nearby supermarkets. Another asset is the building’s proximity to both Waverley and Haymarket train stations. Several bus lines, ready to transport guests to almost every part of the town, are at very close distance. Finally, to reach the airport by car guests will need approx. 20 minutes.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
