A welcoming and relaxing ambiance is what guests will notice first when entering this cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for up to three people the property offers expansive, well-arranged living and working space with a variety of amenities for long-term stays. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows the interiors appear exceptionally bright. The spacious living area with hardwood floors and soft carpets is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a desk and a flat screen TV including a DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The adjacent fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing meals at home. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stovetop and kitchenware. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and fitted with a double bed and a practical large wardrobe. Finally, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toiletries and a hairdryer. To make sure that guests are not missing anything during their stay, the apartment has been fitted with a washer including a dryer, air-conditioning and a safe.
Conveniently, the property is located in Xiasha district, alternatively known as HEDA (Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Area). The district is a dynamic industrial and educational hub and home to more than a dozen universities. Moreover, many multinational companies have their headquarters and research centers here. The building is right across the street from a recently opened shopping mall which offers a wide range of restaurants, high-end retail stores as well as a large supermarket for the everyday grocery shopping. Guests staying in this property have multiple transport options to choose from. Apart from several bus lines there is a metro station just around the corner. What is more, the apartments offer easy access to the major motorway. On top of that, to reach the Hangzhou East Railway Station, offering High Speed CRH service, guests will need approximately 25 minutes. Finally, the international airport Hangzhou Xiaoshan is a 30-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
