This inviting studio, suitable for up to two guests is as sunny and bright as the summer in Hong Kong and comes in several types to satisfy all needs. Oversized windows, a neutral colour palette based on white and beige, furthermore, cleverly arranged furnishings which visually enlarge the interiors. Upholstery, plush carpets and soft curtains amplify the feeling of coziness and warmth. The open living and sleeping area features all amenities necessary for a long-term stay. It is furnished with a double bed, armchair or a sofa, and a flat screen TV with a DVD player, Hi-Fi audio system and an iPod docking station. Guests can prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchenette provided with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stovetop, toaster as well as with a range of cooking utensils. Finally, there is a stylish bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. To make the stay even more pleasant, the studio has been fitted with air-conditioning and a safe.
The property is situated in Tsim Sha Tsui in Southern Kowloon, opposite the central district, on the other side of Victoria Harbor. Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the most popular tourist and shopping districts in Hong Kong. Guests have a plethora of retail activities to choose from, ranging from high-end boutiques to bespoke arts and crafts shops. What is more, the nearest vicinity is home to numerous restaurants and bars, offering everything from traditional Chinese dishes to international cuisine. The area also houses several museums, including Cultural Centre, Art Museum and Space Museum. Nearby guests will also find the Kawloon Park, offering excellent recreational opportunities. The apartments are a great choice when it comes to transport connections. A stone’s throw away lies the ferry pier. Additionally, there area is serviced by subway and bus. Finally, the Hong Kong International Airport is a 35-40 minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
