This chic 1 bedroom apartment constitutes the perfect living solution for up to 4 guests. Though compact, the accommodation is well-arranged and offers everything that is needed for both short- and long-term stays. Contemporary, unfussy design makes the rooms seem more spacious, while large windows brighten up the interiors. The living room, furnished with a double pull-out sofa bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, invites guests to relax and unwind. The separate bedroom features a large double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a closet for added storage space. Additionally, the apartment boasts a modern, fully-appointed kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, electric kettle as well as with kitchenware. Moreover, there is a dining corner with table and chairs, where guests can enjoy meals together. Finally, the accommodation comes with a stylishly tiled private bathroom fitted with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer.
The apartments are situated in the chic residential neighborhood of Baka. The location guarantees quick access to some of Jerusalem’s top attractions. A short ride away lies the Old City and the Jewish Quarter, housing architectural gems such as the Wailing Wall, the Tower of David, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. In the direct vicinity of the residence guests will find a plethora of cafes and restaurants. Tenants don’t need to worry about everyday shopping as the nearest supermarket is within close walking distance. Within easy reach lies the Mahane Yehuda Market, offering local produce and handicrafts, as well as countless food stalls and cafes. What is more, the residence has convenient transport connections as the nearest bus stop is just around the corner. Finally, the Jerusalem Malha Railway Station can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, while Ben Gurion Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
