Guests staying in this 1 bedroom apartment would never want to seek another accommodation. Suitable for up to 3 people, the property stands out thanks to its cozy atmosphere, emphasized by the presence of a real fireplace. The apartment expertly combines modern and traditional design, giving guests plenty of space to relax, sleep, dine, and work. The living area leads out onto a small terrace, where one can soak up the genuine spirit of Lisbon. The room is furnished with a double bed, a flat screen TV, as well as a dining table. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchenette features a fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A good night’s sleep is also assured by the separate bedroom with a single pull-out sofa bed. Finally, there is a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower. To make sure guests lack nothing, the apartment has been equipped with a washing machine with dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and air-conditioning.

Situated right in the heart of the city, just 100 meters from Rossio square, the property provides convenient access to all Lisbon’s top attractions. Popular museums and sights such as Jeronimos Monastery, Castelo de Sao Jorge or the National Museum of Ancient Art can be reached in less than 20 minutes. The direct vicinity unveils a whooping number of restaurants, bars and cafes, offering all types of cuisine. Shopping enthusiasts will find a wide choice of retail opportunities, including boutiques, department stores, and the high-end shopping street Avenida da Liberdade. The residence enjoys convenient transport links right on the doorstep. Numerous buses operate nearby, and the two nearest subway stations lie within easy walking distance. Additionally, the Rossio Train Station is a stone’s throw away. Finally, to get to the Portela Airport guests will need approximately 20 minutes.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
