Apartment description

Just one night is enough to fall in love with this exquisitely-grand apartment. The generously-sized interiors are big enough to accommodate 4 guests. The biggest highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a large table for al fresco dining and a 2-person hammock chair for sunbathing. The terrace also offers splendid views of the city. Inside, the apartment is equally impressive. The open-concept living area is furnished with a verdigris double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Cooking enthusiasts will be happy to discover a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, as well as kitchenware and utensils. The kitchen is conveniently combined with the dining area. A restful night’s sleep is ensured by the huge, separate bedroom with a double bed. Finally, there is a tastefully-tiled bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Location

Conveniently located in the very heart of Malaga, the residence is a perfect base for exploring the city’s landmarks. The building has recently been totally refurbished to ensure the highest standard of living. Top attractions such as the historic center, Malaga cathedral and Alcazaba fortifications are within easy walking distance. Moreover, Calle Larios – one of Malaga’s most important shopping streets – is nearby. The neighborhood is a real foodie paradise, with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. During the day, tenants can soak up in the sun on the nearby beach, and in the evening, explore Malaga’s fun side in one of the bars. The property is superbly connected with other areas of the city thanks to the dense public transport network. Several bus lines operate in the vicinity, and the main train station is less than a 10-minute ride away. Finally, guests need approx. 15 minutes to get to Malaga Airport.

Frequently asked questions

As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.

No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.

Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. If you want to book it, please send an e-mail to [email protected].

We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].

Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. It costs €39 or CHF 42. This service must be confirmed in advance by our staff. To do so, please contact us at [email protected].
