All guests staying in this premium 1 bedroom apartment will be happy to call it home. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to two people. Each air-conditioned apartment amazes with its designer interiors, high-quality household appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the interiors with natural light. The spacious living area is perfect to invite guests over or to watch TV on a sofa. There is also an open, fully fitted kitchen with quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, as well as kitchenware. After an eventful day, tenants can get their well-deserved rest in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV. Private bathroom with shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer completes the range. Finally, there is a washing machine with dryer, a safe and an iPod docking station.
The property is conveniently positioned in a brand new building in the Little Italy neighborhood. Guests staying there have plenty of recreational opportunities on the doorstep. Within an easy walking distance lies the Dow’s Lake that turns into the biggest ice skating rink in winter. The surrounding Dominion Arboretum and Commissioners Park offer a green respite from the urban bustle. The area is home to many restaurants, bistros and bars. With excellent public transport connections, guests can reach downtown Ottawa within minutes. The journey to the business and financial district takes only approximately. 15 minutes (or 5 minutes by car). All thanks to the O-Train, a light rail transit system, located some 100 meters away. Finally, the International Airport Ottawa is just a 15-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
