What makes this 1 bedroom apartment so special is its refined elegance. Suitable for up to 2 guests, the accommodation stuns with a well-balanced, neutral color palette based on whites and beiges. Open spaces are further enlarged by floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrored surfaces. The exceptionally roomy living area is furnished with a sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features granite countertops, ample cabinet spaces, full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, as well as cookware and tableware. The separate bedroom with marble-like tile flooring is fitted with a king-size bed, and a flat screen TV. There are also two separate bathrooms with a spacious walk-in shower. To top it all, guests can take advantage of the private balcony to admire beautiful ocean views. Finally, the apartment has been fitted with air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer to assure even higher comfort of living.
The residence is located in prestigious Punta Pacifica neighborhood, populated in large part by well-off Panamanians, expats and diplomats. The apartments’ address – the Trump Tower – is one of the best places to commute, shop, dine and explore the city. What makes it even more attractive is the proximity of the financial district. When it comes to shopping, guests will certainly not be disappointed: Multicentro Mall, Soho Mall, and Multiplaza Pacific Mall are home to hundreds of boutiques, offering everything from upscale brands to fast-fashion. Equally rich are the culinary opportunities in the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes are just a stone’s throw away. An inviting respite awaits tenants in the nearby Parque Omar, the second largest urban green space in Panama. Finally, the residence has great transport links – the Tocumen International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
