This chic 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for up to 2 guests. Contemporary, well-proportioned interiors captivate with a refined palette of brown and grey tones and with elegant parquet floors. The living room, furnished with a cozy sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table, boasts large windows and a private balcony that bring in plenty of natural light. The separate, fully appointed and accessorized kitchen with a dynamic black and white color combination has everything guests need to prepare meals at home. It is fitted with a stove, microwave, oven, fridge, as well as with a washer and dryer. Thanks to a large double bed in the bedroom guests are sure to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the bedroom features a flat screen TV and a spacious wardrobe. Finally, there is a tastefully tiled en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The residence is conveniently located in Vila Olímpia – São Paulo’s upper-class neighborhood and business center. The area teems with excellent shopping opportunities, including the luxurious JK Iguatemi multi-brand boutique-department store and Shopping Vila Oplimpia. To get way from the urban hustle and bustle guests can visit the nearby parks: Parque do Povo and Parque Ibirapuera, both ideal for recreational activities. Additionally, the area is known for its nightlife district with lots of lively bars and nightclubs. There is also a multitude of restaurants to choose from. The location of the residence is also very attractive in terms of transport as numerous bus lines operate in the vicinity. To get to Guarulhos International Airport guest need approx. 45 minutes.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
