This splendid bedroom apartment offers almost unlimited living space for up to five guests. It is ideal for long-term stays thanks to a comprehensive range of amenities such as a kitchen and a washer including a dryer. The accommodation captivates with a well thought out design that puts great emphasis on comfort and functionality. The interiors are exceptionally bright and flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony. The living area with wooden floors and high pile carpets is furnished with a sofa, iPod charging station and a flat screen TV including a DVD player with Hi-Fi system. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully appointed kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stovetop and kitchenware. Guests can comfortably rest in one of the three separate bedrooms with two double beds respectively a single sofa bed. In addition to the en-suite master bedroom, there is another bathroom with a shower, Japanese style bidet, toiletries and a hairdryer.
Conveniently, the property is located in Xujiahui, a dynamic commercial and business district, well-known for exciting and diverse shopping and entertainment opportunities. There are six major shopping malls nearby for example the Grand Gateway, Pacific Department Store or Metro City offering everything from upscale brands to grocery products. What is more, the location is particularly advantageous to business travelers because of the proximity of several office towers. Guests will also find in the proximity a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Tenants can take a rest from the city’s hustle and visit the nearby Xujiahui park which is perfect for strolling and jogging. The location of the apartments is also advantageous when it comes to transport. It provides easy access to the inner ring road. Several bus lines as well as a metro operate in the vicinity. Finally, the International Airport Pudong is a 50-minute drive away.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
