This recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends or colleagues. Suitable for up to five people, the property faces the courtyard and thus is especially quiet. What makes it stand out is the impressive hardwood floor that beautifully contrasts with white walls. The home comprises a spacious, open-plan living room with a sleeping sofa, and a flat screen TV. Guests are invited to enjoy meals in the privacy of their own apartment at the dining table and try out their cooking skills in the equipped kitchen. The latter comes complete with a fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a wide range of tableware and kitchen utensils. Guests can recharge their batteries in two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. Finally, the apartment boasts a tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a washing machine.
The residence is situated in the city center, just 400 meters from the UNESCO-listed Old Town which abounds with restaurants, cafes and lively bars. All attractions, including the Freedom Square and the Town Hall Square, are within walking distance. The property enjoys excellent transport connections. The Lennart Meri Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, while a walk to the Tallinn train station will take approx. 20 minutes. Equally close are the Tallinn Ferry piers. The area is serviced by several bus and tram lines. Large shopping centers such as Viru Shopping Center or Rocca al Mare can be reached in 10 minutes or less. Additionally, there are plenty of artisan shops and designer boutiques in and around the Old Town. Several eateries as well as supermarkets can be found in the direct vicinity of the building.
As the check-in process is fully contactless and there is no reception available on-site, completing the Self Check-In platform is necessary to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and legal requirements Upon receiving the required documents, we will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will become active at 3 PM on the day of your arrival, granting you entry to the building, your apartment, and common areas accessible to all guests.
No additional check-out process is required. Simply vacate the apartment before 10 AM.
Luggage storage is not available in most of our buildings as there are no reception facilities. We recommend using external storage services such as radicalstorage.com to find nearby storage locations. In Bucharest, you can store your luggage at the reception desk (only during reception's working hours). In Basel, there is a possibility to rent a storage room in additional price 3.15 CHF per day. We suggest that you pay using the payment link provided to you in the first message (after creating your booking). Payment links support card payments, Apple Pay and TWINT for our Swiss locations. We also accept bank transfers, but only under the condition that the bank transfer was made in more than 7 days before the invoice's due date. If the payment was made via bank transfer, it is required to send us the transaction confirmation to [email protected].
